2. Access and Use of the Services

When you purchase or access a LifeWise product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for your individual learning and personal development.
No rights to copy, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works are granted unless explicitly stated.
If we determine that the Services are being used in violation of these Terms, we may suspend or restrict access to the relevant materials.
2.2 Registration

Shared accounts
LifeWise does not support shared, household, or multi-user accounts.
Your access to any purchased digital products or Services is intended for one individual only, unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as in a team or organizational license, if offered in the future).
You agree not to allow others to use your login information to access LifeWise materials.
If multiple users are detected on the same account in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, we may temporarily restrict or suspend access to protect the integrity of the Services.

2.6 Mobile use
LifeWise may be accessed through mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
While the Services may be available on mobile browsers, the functionality and display may vary depending on your device, operating system, and network connection.
Standard data charges from your mobile carrier may apply.
LifeWise does not offer a standalone mobile application, and users cannot upload content to the Services through mobile devices.
We do not request or collect phone numbers for the use of the Services, and we do not send SMS or voice communications.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains secure and that you have adequate internet access to use the Services.
2.7 Refund policy
LifeWise offers digital products, including books, courses, templates, and downloadable materials.
Because digital content cannot be “returned,” all purchases are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product, please contact us at support@lifewisespace.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
- You were charged in error (duplicate payment or billing mistake).
- You purchased a digital product but did not receive access due to a technical problem we are responsible for.
- A refund is required under the consumer protection laws of your country (for example, the EU right to withdraw before accessing or downloading the digital content).
Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or opened, you acknowledge that the right to withdraw is waived, as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and similar international laws.
LifeWise reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria or in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

2.8 Optional digital materials
LifeWise may occasionally offer optional supplemental digital resources—such as templates, guides, worksheets, or bonus materials—that complement our main products.
These materials, when available, are sold as one-time digital purchases and do not renew automatically.
Because optional materials contain digital content that becomes accessible immediately, they are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or if a technical issue prevents access.
Purchasing supplemental materials does not grant academic credit, certification, or any form of professional qualification.
2.9 Pre-enrollment and Pre-order Sales
LifeWise may occasionally offer pre-enrollment or pre-order opportunities for upcoming digital products, courses, or materials.
If you choose to purchase a product during a pre-enrollment period, please note the following:
- Payment is collected at the time of the pre-enrollment purchase.
- The final product may become available at a later date, which will be communicated at or after purchase.
- The content delivered at launch may differ slightly from initial descriptions or previews, as updates and improvements may be made before release.
- Pre-enrollment purchases of digital products are generally non-refundable once the product becomes accessible, unless required by applicable law or if a technical issue prevents access.
If the launch of a pre-enrolled product is significantly delayed, LifeWise will notify you and provide updated availability information.
LifeWise reserves the right to modify or discontinue any pre-enrollment offer at any time.
3. Conditions of Use
3.1 User Conduct
When accessing or using the LifeWise Services, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.

- Use the Services if you are under 16 years old without the consent of a parent or guardian
You also agree not to remove, bypass, or otherwise interfere with any security or protection mechanisms in the Services.
LifeWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
3.3 Commercial use
Unless explicitly authorized in writing by LifeWise, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or exploit any part of the Services or content for commercial purposes.
The Services and all LifeWise materials are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Some LifeWise content may be created or presented in collaboration with third parties, such as guest contributors or subject-matter experts.
Participation in any LifeWise Service does not constitute enrollment in an academic institution, professional training program, or certification body, and does not establish any formal relationship, employment, or accreditation with any third-party organization.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Service content and branding
All content available through the LifeWise Services, including but not limited to text, books, courses, videos, graphics, templates, guides, worksheets, logos, design elements, and website materials (collectively, the “Service Content”), is original content created by or for LifeWise and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The name LifeWise, the LifeWise logo, and related branding elements are used as identifying brand features of the LifeWise project.
