1. Digital Products and Delivery
LifeWise offers digital products and services, including but not limited to:

- digital guides and eBooks,
- templates, checklists, and educational materials,
- account-based access to learning content.
Delivery
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Access to purchased content is provided:
- via email confirmation,
- through a download link, and/or
- through your user account (if applicable),
after successful payment.
No physical shipping is involved.
2. No Physical Shipping
LifeWise does not offer physical goods that require shipping. Accordingly, shipping methods, delivery times, tracking numbers, customs duties, or shipping insurance do not apply to LifeWise products. Prices displayed for LifeWise products may include applicable taxes or fees, or such taxes may be calculated and added at checkout, depending on your location and the payment provider used.
3. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of LifeWise products and Services, all sales are final once access to the content has been provided.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- digital products,
- online courses,
- downloadable materials,
- access-based content,
except where required by applicable law.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us at:
LifeWise will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore access.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only if:
- the technical issue is caused by LifeWise, and
- access cannot be restored within a reasonable time.

Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where a refund is legally required (for example, under mandatory consumer protection regulations), LifeWise will comply with such obligations.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to LifeWise Services.
